How About Postprocessor Development & CAD Model Conversions?
Computape Develops Integrated Postprocessors
We are an Austin N.C. CimPro G-Post postprocessor distribution partner.
Austin N.C., Inc. (ANC) is the inventor of the G-Post™, a generalized postprocessor which allows for the generation of output to control any turning, milling, wire-edm, or other NC/CNC machine tools. We use G-Post™ to create postprocessors with custom commands unique to your machine center such as probing, subroutines, and hole making cycles.
Computape’s Data Conversion Service
Computape provides data conversions for Unigraphics, Catia, and ProE.
We provide a service for converting electronic part models to intermediate files (step, iges, parasolid). Customers also use this service to make a print or output a picture for quoting purposes, when they don’t have the native modeling package.
We develop custom windows programs that can convert g-code files directly from one machine to another including 4 and 5-axis programs. We can also convert g-code to apt source including cycle and circle records. After it is converted to source we or you can post for any machine in your shop.
