What we do
A sample program to create a post, a quick discussion on processing, stock size and a part design is all that is required. We create the CNC program, document for setup and specify what each tool will be milling. We also provide a video of a computer simulated machined part for your review before the program goes to the machine. We take the surprise out of what to expect at the machine. Before our programs are delivered they are processed using Vericut to detect any gouging, excess stock, shanking, and rapid errors.
