What information do you need to start a CNC programming project?

We typically need your part design, stock size, machining process, fixturing details, and a manufacturing engineer contact. As we continue working together, we become increasingly familiar with your machines and methods, which reduces the amount of information required.

What software do you use for CNC programming and verification?

We program exclusively in Siemens NX, matching the customer’s release version. All toolpaths are verified in CGTech Vericut for collision detection, excess stock, gouging, over‑travel, and machine interference.

Do you provide shop‑floor documentation with each job?

Yes. Every project includes setup documentation, tool lists, operation sheets, and a cover sheet. We format everything to look like your internal documentation to avoid operator confusion. We also provide a Vericut Reviewer simulation video for tool‑motion visualization.

How does your CNC programming service process work?

Each customer has unique processes. Siemens NX users typically provide templates; others collaborate with us on operations, roughing allowances, DOC, feeds, speeds, and workflow. A manufacturing engineer from your team is paired with our programmer(s). Programs are delivered complete or in‑process as needed, with documentation formatted to match your internal standards.

How do I know the CNC programs will be correct?

We are Boeing DPD‑compliant, following a strict checklist designed to prevent dispositions. All programs are fully verified in Vericut for collision detection, excess stock, gouging, over‑travel, and shanking issues.

What industries do you support?

Most customers are in the aerospace and defense sectors machining complex 5‑axis components. We also support medical, food, and automotive manufacturers. We work with companies of all sizes and deliver the same high‑quality programming to every customer.

Can you program for my specific machine tool?

Yes. With over 30 years of experience, we’ve programmed for a wide range of machines and controls including FANUC, Siemens, Fidia, HAAS, Makino, SNK, Toyoda, Mazak, and Grob.

Do you have machining facilities?

No. We are dedicated contract CNC programmers and do not operate machine tools.
